Air Fryer Piadina Snack

How many times do you feel like munching on something and have nothing at home… time is always short … but if you have an air fryer, the snack is made.

I had some piadinas in the fridge left over from a quick lunch… I brushed them with an emulsion of oil and spices and cooked them in a few minutes.

I used 2 piadinas, in a bowl I poured oil, turmeric, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper. With spices, you can go wild with whatever you like best, you can even add some chili pepper or paprika for a spicy version. Or simply seasoned with oil and salt if the snack is intended for the little ones in the family.

I brushed both sides and cut the piadinas first into strips and then into triangles; here too, you can decide what shape to give.

After cutting them, I placed them directly on the rack and set 392°F for 5 minutes; with mine, it was not necessary to turn the triangles, but you should always adjust according to your fryers.

Crispy and light, truly out of this world!!

Paired with a sauce, they are perfect for an aperitivo with friends… it will be a hit!!
