- 1 puff pastry (round)
- 1 canned tuna in oil (80 g can)
- 1 robiola cheese (100 g)
- to taste chives (dried or fresh)
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste milk
- to taste sesame seeds

Steps
Start by preparing the croissant filling, pouring and mixing the ingredients in a bowl. Drain the tuna
Unroll the puff pastry on a work surface and cut it crosswise with the pastry wheel, fluted or plain, to obtain four large wedges
Then cut each of the 4 wedges in half to obtain 8 in total
With the help of a spoon, add some filling
Roll up each wedge starting from the wide end
Brush the surface with milk and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds
Transfer the croissants onto the tray or rack of the air fryer and cook using the Bake program at 340°F for 20 minutes
Wait for them to cool a bit before removing them from the rack or tray
