After washing and drying the peppers thoroughly, place them whole on the grill of your air fryer
Start cooking at 400°F for 20 minutes, the time can vary from 20 to 30 minutes based on the quantity and size of the peppers, but also the power of your fryer. Turn them if necessary towards the end of cooking
They’re ready. Test to check if they are cooked by inserting the prongs of a fork; if it sinks without resistance, they are ready, otherwise, continue. The pepper should be cooked but remain firm and plump
Once cooled, remove the skin
The photo shows how easily the skin peels off. Remove the stalk, filaments, and seeds inside
Your peppers are ready to be used for your recipes or simply seasoned with vinegar, oil, salt, and parsley
