Carasau Bread and Nutella Rolls in Air Fryer

Friends, I return with a delightful recipe after the summer break: Carasau Bread and Nutella Rolls in Air Fryer. Once again, Carasau Bread is the star in my recipes, this time in a sweet version, confirming the versatility of this simple yet delicious ingredient.

Carasau Bread is a typical Sardinian bread made from durum wheat semolina, a bread with very ancient origins, its preparation was a true family ritual, and as I mentioned, it lends itself to various preparations. You can prepare the classic Lasagne with ragù, replacing pasta sheets with the bread, or Artichokes and Ricotta and make savory snacks or baskets instead of puff pastry or brisée, to use as containers, filling them with vegetables, cheeses, and whatever you like, definitely a healthier dish, with less fat and without sacrificing taste!

Carasau Bread and Nutella Rolls is a recipe that will take you very little time, thanks to the cooking in Air Fryer: a delicious and perfect breakfast or snack to offer to the little ones, but one that will also captivate the adults. So, shall we prepare them?

Storage and Tips for Carasau Bread and Nutella Rolls in Air Fryer

To best enjoy the Carasau Bread and Nutella Rolls, I recommend consuming them on the same day or at most the next day. The bread loses its crispness when it comes into contact with the cream. It takes very little time to prepare and cook them, so you can make small quantities or just enough to consume at the moment. If any are left over, you can store them in a well-sealed container or on a plate covered with aluminum foil.

There are various formats of Carasau Bread available on the market; you can use either the small round format, like the one used in this recipe, or the rectangular one, rolled from the longer side.
