- 8.8 oz cardoncelli mushrooms
- 3 potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic (small)
- A few sprays extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

- 1 Potato Peeler
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Wooden Spoon
- 1 Baking Tray
Steps
How to prepare cardoncelli with potatoes
After washing and peeling the potatoes, rinse them under running water, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into chunks not too small nor too large. Transfer them to a bowl with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic cloves, and mix. Pour them directly onto the fryer basket grid or the perforated tray if you have an oven-fryer. Air fry at 392°F for 15 minutes.
Air fry at 392°F for 13/15 minutes, stir or shake the basket a couple of times
While the potatoes cook, clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt residues, cut them into 2 or 4 parts depending on size
Add them to the potatoes, mix and if necessary add a little more oil. Put back in the fryer and continue cooking at 392°F for another 10 minutes
Here they are ready! Chop a bunch of fresh parsley and add it to the mushrooms and potatoes
Dress them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, adjust salt and pepper, and serve
