The Carrot, Apple and Lemon Bundt Cake, cooked in an air fryer, is a dessert made with genuine ingredients, making it perfect for a healthy snack or a simple breakfast, accompanied by orange juice or fruit juice. But there’s no reason not to enjoy it as a light and healthy indulgence after a meal.
Carrots and apples are often used in dessert preparation: classic carrot cakes like camille, soft and sweet, and delicious apple cakes like the Spoon Apple Cake with a creamy texture or the more classic and fluffy Fluffy Apple Cake in Air Fryer
In this version, the lemon is used entirely: not only the grated zest, which, as we know, makes cakes fragrant and flavored, but also its juice giving a touch of freshness to this bundt cake.
The Carrot, Apple and Lemon Bundt Cake will be loved by everyone, an excellent dessert for the youngest members of the family.
