A mix of paprika, Grana Padano and chives makes them aromatic and perfectly golden without the need for frying. An easy and quick side dish that you can customize with the spices you like best.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 potatoes
- 4 potatoes (about 1 lb)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 oz grated parmesan cheese
- to taste sweet paprika
- to taste chives
- salt and pepper

Steps
Steps for preparing Flipped Potatoes in Air Fryer
Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any soil. Cut them in half
Boil or steam them, use the cooking method you prefer. I cooked them in my Ninja Combi
I placed the potatoes in the combi tray with water
I started the steam program for 10 minutes
No matter which cooking method you choose for the potatoes, test with a toothpick, it should go in without resistance, the potatoes should be cooked but not too soft
Once ready, drain them and let them cool slightly
Place them in a bowl and add the spices, in this case paprika and chives, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, mixing well with a spoon
Add the grated Grana Padano, mix again with the spoon
Mix vigorously until each piece is well coated with the seasoning and
use the back of the spoon to help the mixture stick well to the cut side of the potato, pressing slightly
Lightly oil a tray and arrange the potatoes in a single layer “flipped” with the cut side down, so a crunchy and golden crust forms
Insert the tray in the fryer on the rack and cook at 392°F for 15 minutes
The Flipped Potatoes are ready! Serve them hot and freshly made to enjoy them crispy
