Gratin vegetables are a tasty and quick side dish to prepare, a different way to accompany your main courses whether it’s meat or fish. What makes this recipe so appetizing is the touch of breadcrumbs and Grana Padano, which will add a richer flavor to the vegetables and, with their crunchiness, will delight you.
The preparation, as I said, is quick, the vegetables are cut, seasoned, and placed directly in an air fryer or oven. For this recipe, I chose zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and Tropea onion, the latter, thanks to its sweetness, gives a truly unique flavor to this dish.

Once cooking is complete, remove the tray from the air fryer and sprinkle the top with Grana Padano and a little breadcrumbs.
Put the tray back in the air fryer and cook with the Grill program at 464°F for 3 minutes. If your air fryer only goes up to 392°F, you may need to extend the cooking time.
