Liquid Pizza in Air Fryer

in

The Liquid Pizza in Air Fryer is the ideal solution when you’re craving pizza but don’t have much time for a long-leavening dough. It’s a creamy dough that’s prepared in minutes and turns into a soft pizza on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, ready in a flash.

This recipe went viral precisely for its simplicity: no dough to work, zero leavening. Just mix the ingredients in a bowl, pour everything into the mold, and let the Air Fryer do the rest.
The result is a soft and tasty pizza, perfect for a last-minute dinner, a quick lunch and even for a savory snack, just like the Filled Liquid Focaccia. You can top it as you like: classic with tomato and mozzarella, or with vegetables, cold cuts, or melted cheeses. It is a versatile base that suits the tastes of the whole family.

Cooking in Air Fryer makes the pizza light and tasty, with reduced oven times, but if you don’t have the fryer, don’t worry, you can bake it in the oven with the guidelines I’ll leave at the end of the recipe. A clever recipe that doesn’t replace our true classic pizza, but one of the favorite lunch and dinner-saving recipes 😍

Let’s run to the kitchen and see right away how it’s made😉

Oven Cooking

Preheat the oven to 392°F and bake for 20/25 minutes, add the mozzarella and continue until the mozzarella has melted. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and serve.

Tips and Variations

Use non-stick pans, no paper or silicone molds. Place the batter directly in contact with the pan greased with olive oil, do not use parchment paper.

If you have an air fryer with a single resistance, start baking the plain pizza, and when it starts to set, add the tomato sauce, then the mozzarella. If the base is not well-cooked, turn it with the help of a plate, put it back in the pan, continue until the surface is golden, add the sauce, continue cooking, and finally melt the mozzarella.

You can use only all-purpose flour.
