The Liquid Pizza in Air Fryer is the ideal solution when you crave pizza but don’t have time for a long-rise dough. It’s a creamy dough, prepared in minutes, turning into a soft pizza inside and slightly crispy outside, ready in a flash.
This recipe went viral because of its simplicity: no dough to knead, zero rising time. Just mix the ingredients in a bowl, pour everything into the mold, and let the Air Fryer do the rest.
The result is a soft and tasty pizza, perfect for a last-minute dinner, a quick lunch and even for a salty snack, just like the Stuffed Liquid Focaccia. You can top it as you like: classic with tomato and mozzarella, or with vegetables, cold cuts, or melted cheeses. It’s a versatile base that suits the tastes of the whole family.
The cooking in Air Fryer makes the pizza light and tasty, with reduced oven times, but if you don’t have the fryer, don’t worry, you can cook it in the oven with the instructions I leave at the end of the recipe. A clever recipe that doesn’t replace our real classic pizza, but one of the favorite lunch and dinner saver recipes 😍
Let’s head to the kitchen and see together how to prepare it😉

Oven Cooking
Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake for 20/25 minutes, add the mozzarella and continue until the mozzarella has melted. Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
Tips and Variations
Use non-stick pans, no paper or silicone molds. Put the dough directly in contact with the pan greased with extra virgin olive oil, do not use parchment paper.
If you have an air fryer with only one resistance, start cooking the pizza without toppings, when it begins to firm up, add the tomato sauce and then the mozzarella. If the base is not well cooked, turn it over using a plate, put it back in the pan, continue until the surface is golden, add the sauce, continue cooking, and finally melt the mozzarella.
You can use only all-purpose flour.
