Mini Apple Plumcakes with Cocoa are a delicious single-serving variation of the classic Spoon Apple Cake. With this recipe, I wanted to add a touch of indulgence without altering the original recipe. Mini Apple Plumcakes with Cocoa are perfect for a snack or to start the day with a small and delightful treat.
For the Mini Apple Plumcakes with Cocoa, the preparation is similar to the apple cake; everything is mixed together in a bowl: flour, cocoa, sugar, egg, baking powder, and apples sliced thinly. If you don’t have mini plumcake molds, you can substitute them with muffin molds; the result is the same. As you know, I love individual servings and make several cute little recipes that are perfect for occasions like birthdays or buffets: Nutella Muffins in an Air Fryer or these amazing Crumbled Nutella Muffins. Now let’s see how to prepare the Mini Apple Plumcakes with Cocoa, and this time as well, I used the air fryer for cooking.
