The Mini Cocoa Apple Pound Cakes are a delicious and individual-sized version of the classic Apple Cake by the spoon. With this recipe, I wanted to add a touch of indulgence without altering the original recipe. The Mini Cocoa Apple Pound Cakes are perfect for a snack or to start the day with a small and delightful treat.
For the Mini Cocoa Apple Pound Cakes, the preparation is like the apple cake, mixing everything together in a bowl: flour, cocoa, sugar, egg, baking powder, and sliced apples. If you don’t have mini pound cake molds, you can substitute them with muffin molds, the result won’t change. As you know, I love single servings and make various cute recipes that are perfect for occasions like a birthday or buffet: Nutella Muffins in an air fryer or these amazing Crumbled Nutella Muffins.
