Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (about 70 g)
- 1/2 cup cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cup milk
- 1 tsp tsp baking powder (half a sachet)
- 1 1/3 cups cups all-purpose flour
- Half organic lemon (grated zest)
- 13 teaspoons Nutella®
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Start by placing 13 heaping teaspoons of Nutella on parchment paper, which you will place in the freezer for 10/15 minutes. Adjust based on the size of your muffin cups. If you use aluminum ones, you will get fewer.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt using an electric mixer. They must be very firm.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients and the lemon zest
. Add the sugar and beat for one minute.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix everything with a spatula or spoon.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites a little at a time without deflating the mixture.
Place some batter in the muffin cups, add the Nutella you put in the freezer, and cover with more batter.
Do not fill the muffin cups too much, but always leave a little space between the batter and the edge of the cups.
Preheat for a few minutes and cook at 350°F for 15 minutes with the Bake program.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve
