Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (about 70 g)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder (half a packet)
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- Half organic lemon (zest grated)
- 13 tsp Nutella®
- 1 pinch salt

- 13 Cupcake Liners silicone

Steps
Start by placing 13 heaping teaspoons of Nutella on parchment paper, which you will place in the freezer for 10/15 minutes; adjust according to the size of your cupcake liners. If you’re using aluminum ones, they might yield fewer.
Use the electric whisk to beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. They must be very firm.
In another bowl, mix the liquids and the lemon zest
add the sugar and whisk for one minute.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix everything with the help of a spatula or spoon.
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture a little at a time without deflating the batter.
Place some batter in the liners, add the frozen Nutella, and cover with more batter.
Do not fill the liners too much, always leave some space between the batter and the edge of the liners.
Bake at 347°F (175°C) for 15 minutes using the Bake program.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
