Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze in Multicooker

Today I propose a main course that combines simplicity and sophistication: Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze in Multicooker, the perfect dish for those who want to bring something special to the table without spending too much time in the kitchen.

The Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze in Multicooker is a dish that captivates with its sweetness and aroma. For this recipe I used my Air Fryer which is also a multicooker, if you don’t have it, you can also prepare this delight in a pan, the steps are the same.

I have proposed the Pork Tenderloin in Pistachio Crust and the Pork Tenderloin in Air Fryer cooked in an air fryer, cooking it whole and slicing it once ready, in this recipe we will cook it already sliced.

The Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze is the perfect dish for all occasions, especially if you want something practical and quick, you will still make a good impression with your guests, without spending a fortune. The result is tender pork tenderloin with a mouth-watering sweet and sour glaze! Follow me and I’ll show you how to prepare it.

Steps

  • Take your tenderloin and cut it into slices about 1.2 inches thick and season with salt

  • Pass all the slices in flour

  • Place the butter with a good drizzle of EVO oil in the tray or pan where you will cook the tenderloin

  • Activate the Sear/Saute program at temperature 3 and let the butter melt with the oil, same thing in a pan on medium heat. This program only works with the lid open

  • When you hear sizzling, you can add your tenderloin slices

  • Reinsert the tray and increase the temperature to HI 5 and cook for about 5 minutes per side, forming a nice golden crust. In the pan, raise the heat and brown both sides

  • Add the balsamic glaze and put the tray back in the multicooker at temperature 3.
In the pan, on medium heat, let the glaze reduce for a few minutes

  • The tenderloins are cooked

  • Transfer them to a plate and serve with their balsamic glaze

Storing Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze in Multicooker

If you have leftover tenderloin slices, you can store them in the refrigerator for a few days. You can reheat them in a pan or in an air fryer by adding a bit of glaze
