Steps
First, you need to boil or steam the potatoes. Once cooled, peel them and cut them in half. Prepare the muffin cups by greasing them lightly with oil and coating them with breadcrumbs.
Place them in the muffin cups with the cut side up
With the bottom of a glass, press down until the potato edge emerges. Add salt and pepper
Insert the crescenza cheese in the center
Add the ham and the cheese of your choice, grated
Cook at 340°F for 13 minutes, lower to 300°F and continue for 3 minutes
