The Pumpkin with Olives in Air Fryer is a tantalizing side dish that is very easy to prepare. In a few simple steps, you will have a delicious side dish: just slice the pumpkin, mix it with the spices, a bit of breadcrumbs, add the baked black olives, and finally the sesame seeds that will give a little extra crunch to the dish. Also, in this case, I used the air fryer, which allows for even cooking, is quick, and saves a lot of time.
Pumpkin is very versatile, it lends itself to many combinations, and you can range from sweets to tasty main courses, an excellent combination with sausage as in the Pumpkin and Sausage Pasta in Air Fryer. For the Pumpkin with Olives in Air Fryer recipe, I used the butternut squash, which, thanks to its consistency, is perfect for this preparation.
