Roasted Carrots in Air Fryer

Roasted Carrots in Air Fryer is a very simple recipe to prepare. Usually, for our side dishes, we use carrots cut into rounds or julienne, but in this version, I propose them whole: easy and quick, carrots prepared this way will also appeal to your children.

To make the Roasted Carrots in Air Fryer, simply peel them and season with thyme and chives, which you can substitute with your favorite spices, and cook them directly raw without the need to blanch. A simple idea with very few ingredients, perfect for a lunch break when you don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen. A side dish that you can pair with both meat and fish.

With carrots, you can also make sweets and cakes. Try my Carrot, Apple, and Lemon Cake in Air Fryer for a healthy and delicious snack.

Now let’s see how to prepare them.
