It’s great for breakfast and perfect to offer to the little ones for a healthy snack. The recipe for this Soft Apple Cake is from my friend Lidia, with whom I share a passion for cooking and the air fryer. The Soft Apple Cake in the Air Fryer can also be baked in the oven, with instructions for both methods provided.

Ingredients
Ingredients for a 9.5-10 inch mold
- 3 eggs
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 50 g butter
- 3 apples
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 60 ml milk

What you need to prepare the Soft Apple Cake
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Electric Whisk
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Knife
- 1 Aluminum Pan 24/26 cm
Steps
Preparing this cake is very simple! First, butter and flour a 9.5-10 inch non-stick pan.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar using an electric whisk, until you obtain a light and frothy mixture. Gradually add the milk, the butter previously melted in a bain-marie or microwave and cooled, and continue to mix for a minute. Now add the sifted flour and mix again until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Peel and chop 2 of the apples and add them to the batter along with the sifted packet of baking powder, mixing well and gently. Transfer the mixture to the pan. Peel and slice the remaining apple and place it atop the batter for decoration.
Air fryer cooking 320°F for 25/30 minutes, preheat for 2/3 minutes.
Preheated oven cooking, 350°F for 45 minutes.
Always do the toothpick test, it should come out dry, otherwise continue for a few more minutes.
Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
Take your cake out of the oven and let it cool before removing it from the mold
Sprinkle the surface with powdered sugar
