Yogurt Cookies in Air Fryer

Today I’m sharing my recipe for Yogurt Cookies in an Air Fryer, without eggs and butter, but surprisingly delicious! Their crunchy outside and soft inside will pleasantly delight you. These treats are perfect for an afternoon break accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee, an ideal, healthy snack to offer to the little ones in the family.

Making Yogurt Cookies in the Air Fryer or oven is really simple and the dough doesn’t need to rest…they’ll be ready in no time! As with the Fake Cookies , you just put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand, shape the cookies, and bake for a few minutes. For this recipe, I used Greek yogurt and brown sugar, but they can be replaced with plain yogurt and granulated sugar, and the result will be equally great! If you want to make them even more indulgent, you can add chocolate chips.

I recommend preparing these Yogurt Cookies whenever you have the chance or when you’re out of butter and eggs but still want to bake something sweet and delicious. Let’s see together how to make Yogurt Cookies.
