Baked Breaded Cod

Baked Breaded Cod is a fish main course, quick, light but very tasty and delicious, perfect accompanied by a fresh salad.
It’s a simple recipe that is prepared in no time, a light aromatic and golden breading on the outside and soft flesh inside, a dish enjoyed by both adults and children. These delicious fillets are very light because they do not contain eggs, and baking makes them even more delicate.
If you want your kids to eat some fish, have your fishmonger fillet a good cod and try my recipe.

  • Bake the breaded cod fillets in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Turn during cooking, and when the surface is well-cooked and golden, remove from the oven and serve hot.
