To prepare the baked mullets, you need to clean the fish thoroughly, scale it and then rinse well under running water.
Place the fish inside a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, peel the garlic cloves, and then place everything in the tray next to the fish.
Sprinkle with salt, oregano, drizzle with olive oil and then close the parchment paper.Once wrapped in parchment paper, the fish is ready for cooking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish, check during cooking.After about 30 minutes, the fish is ready to serve. Add some fresh parsley leaves, plate and serve whole, or deboned.
