Ingredients for Chestnut Cocoa Sweets

  • 15 chestnuts, boiled
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut cream
  • to taste unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 vial vanilla flavoring (or rum)

  • Place the washed chestnuts in a pot covered with water and bring to a boil for about 40 minutes.
    After the cooking time, drain them, let them cool slightly, then peel them.


    For 8 truffles, 15 chestnuts are needed, but you can double or triple the quantities for more servings.
