- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (medium)

In a bowl, mix well all the dry ingredients, the sugar, all-purpose flour, coconut flour, and sifted baking powder.
In another bowl, mix well the eggs, yogurt, and oil, and work until you form a cream. You can also use a stand mixer.
Combine and mix the wet ingredients into the dry ones, mix well and quickly with a spoon or a few minutes with the stand mixer at speed 2.
The muffin batter should not be overworked.
Place the paper cupcake liners inside the muffin pan then fill them with a small ladle leaving 1 centimeter of edge.Add some coconut flour, a dried cube, and transfer to the oven.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.After baking, let them cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and coconut flour, and serve.
