Ingredients for the cake

  • 10.5 oz condensed milk
  • 4 eggs (medium)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3.5 oz blackberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 peach

Steps

  • In a bowl, work well the eggs with the condensed milk, add the melted butter, cinnamon, and half of the apple diced; mix everything well, then pour in the sifted flour and baking powder.
    Transfer the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper, or buttered and floured.

  • Decorate the top of the cake with fruit: blackberries, peach, and the half apple sliced.
    Transfer the pan to the preheated oven.

  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 356°F (fan) for about 40 minutes or static oven for 45-50 minutes.
    Do the toothpick test as the cooking time varies based on your oven’s power.

    Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool a bit, then remove it from the pan and place it on a cooling rack.
