The ham rolls with asparagus are a very tasty recipe that is very popular. They have an inviting look, a creamy and stringy heart, and an asparagus cream that wraps them and makes them even more appetizing.
They are perfect as an appetizer, for buffets, but also as a main course.
The rolls are very easy to prepare and so tasty that you’ll want seconds. Everyone in my house loved them, so it’s a recipe I’ll make again with some variations.
For those who love the smoky effect like me, you can replace the slices of ham with speck and smoked scamorza cheese.
It’s a very tempting dish that never disappoints and I recommend you try it both with ham and with speck.
