Preparation for Hot Chocolate with Dark Chocolate
For the preparation of the chocolate, you can use the bimby or prepare it in a small pot on the stove.
Bimby Preparation: break the chocolate into pieces, then put it in the bowl with the sugar and set 10 sec. turbo speed, add the cocoa and cornstarch, mix everything for 15 sec. speed 6 and then pour in the milk and cinnamon. Cook for 8/10 minutes at speed 3 temperature 194°F.
Once thickened, pour and serve hot.Small Pot Preparation: pour the cold milk into a small pot and dissolve the sifted cornstarch and cocoa powder in it, add the sugar, mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps, and then bring to a boil.
