If you don’t like kiwis, you can replace them with other fruits of your choice.
For a quicker dessert, replace the cooked cream by increasing the amount of creamy cheese.
The kiwi and cheese brick keeps in the fridge for a maximum of one day, otherwise the crunchy base becomes soggy.
