Tips and Variations

If you want something much more flavorful, sauté the hollowed zucchini pulp in a skillet with oil and onion, add the other ingredients and fill the zucchini. Of course, this way they won’t be light anymore.
You can always customize and stuff the zucchini according to your tastes.
The light stuffed zucchini are also good cold during warmer periods.
