Quick Coffee Cup with Mascarpone and Yogurt

The quick coffee cup with mascarpone and yogurt is a fresh and delicious dessert perfect especially for summer!
A dessert that is quickly prepared with soft layers of sponge cake, coffee cream, and crunchy layers of crumbled amaretti and chocolate chips.
Apart from the coffee cup, it’s a dessert that doesn’t require baking because the soft base was made using two packaged cocoa snacks.
If you have unexpected guests or crave a good dessert but don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen, this is the ideal dessert that everyone will surely enjoy!

Ingredients for the Quick Coffee Cup with Mascarpone and Yogurt

  • 7 oz Mascarpone
  • 4.5 oz Sweet Plain Yogurt
  • 3 tbsps Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tbsps Coffee
  • 20 Dry Amaretti
  • 2 Milk or Cocoa Snack Cakes
  • to taste Chocolate Chips
  • to taste Toasted Hazelnuts

Preparation of the Quick Coffee Cup with Mascarpone and Yogurt

  • To prepare this dessert, start by making the coffee; you’ll need just half a cup, and you can use it cold if you have some in the fridge.

    In a bowl, mix and blend the yogurt and mascarpone well, then add the powdered sugar and liquid coffee.

    Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free cream.

  • Take two cups, start preparing the first by placing 3-4 crumbled amaretti at the base, open the snack cake, crumble it, and add it along with the amaretti, (consider you need to divide it into 3 layers) pour a couple of spoonfuls of cream and a handful of chocolate chips.

    Continue with another layer of amaretti, snack cake, coffee cream, chocolate chips, and some toasted hazelnut crumbs.

    Make another layer and complete the cup with the cream, a crumbled and a whole amaretto, chocolate chips, toasted hazelnuts, and some coffee beans.
    Then prepare and complete the other cup by preparing the layers like the first.
    If you need to make more cups, double or triple the ingredients.
    Let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
