Steps for the Soft Cake with Bananas and Chocolate
Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and then mash them in a bowl with a fork.
In another bowl, pour the eggs with the sugar, add the bananas, the grated zest and mix well until it becomes frothy. Add the oil and milk and mix again for a few minutes. Continue adding the flour and sifted baking powder a little at a time.
Continue to mix well with the electric whisks or by hand, adding the chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips last.
