Soft Diet Cookies with Cooked Spelt

The soft diet cookies with cooked spelt are simple snacks ideal for those following a low-calorie diet. They are butter-free and sugar-free, with the addition of simple ingredients to provide the right calories.
When on a diet, the first thing a doctor eliminates is all types of sweets and excess fats, but these very soft and fragrant cookies are perfect to indulge yourself occasionally, because it’s important to take a break and face the journey to regain shape with ease.
One way to reconcile everything is to choose a light dessert to start our breakfast in a different way, or to enjoy on a free-diet day, without overdoing it and ruining the diet plan.
Certainly, don’t expect the crumbly and buttery pastry cookie, but believe me, after days of a strict diet, these snacks give you a nice satisfying feeling.
I invented this recipe by chance, to a leftover of cooked wholegrain spelt I added an egg white, grated apple, yogurt, flavors, flour, etc., and 3 drops of zero-calorie sweetener (Dietic) just for a touch of sweetness.
If you are on a diet or want a low-calorie but healthy and genuine sweet treat, read and follow the recipe.
