Fill the central part with the cream, fold the right and left edges over to form a tree shape.
Continue with the other triangles, filling them with mixed creams.
Place the triangles (trees) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use the leftover puff pastry to cut out stars and balls.
BAKING
Bake the filled puff pastry triangles in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for about 15 – 18 minutes.
The baking time may vary depending on your oven’s power.
Remove from the oven when the trees are well puffed and golden.Let the tree triangles cool down, melt the white chocolate in a water bath or a few minutes in the microwave, add half a teaspoon of pistachio cream and mix well, then drizzle over the trees with a spoon, add the crumble and pistachios and let cool.
Serve the trees with plenty of powdered sugar.
Storage
The trees can be kept fresh for about 1 day in an airtight container. They lose a bit of their crispness, but are even better when slightly reheated.
