The Tasty Baked Green Bean Fritters are delicious snacks to enjoy as an appetizer, but they are also suitable as a light vegetarian main course.
Perfect for getting a bit of vegetables into kids who always refuse them.
It’s a simple and quick recipe to prepare, and the idea came to me with leftover seasoned boiled green beans, just add a few ingredients to recycle and have good, golden, and tasty fritters.
The cooking depends on you, if you want a light dish, bake them in the oven; otherwise, for a little extra flavor, fry them in hot oil in a pan!

The fritters can also be fried in hot oil in a pan; I recommend using olive oil or peanut oil. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, turning them on both sides until golden brown, then drain on absorbent paper and serve hot!
