Ingredients for white meat with mushrooms and zucchini

  • 1 lb beef (slices)
  • 5 oz porcini mushrooms (or mixed)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 10 green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 1/4 cup water (or broth)

Preparation for white meat with mushrooms and zucchini

  • Clean the mushrooms by removing the earthy part, wash them and slice them, you can also use frozen ready-made ones.
    Clean the zucchini as well and slice it.
    In a pan, pour a little olive oil and lightly brown the slightly crushed garlic cloves.

  • Add the mushrooms and zucchini slices. Season with salt and continue cooking until they are browned.
    Finally, add the slices of meat, brown well on both sides, add the olives, half a cup of water or broth, and a few parsley leaves.
