- 1 bunch Tender Spinach
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 2 Champignon Mushrooms

Preparation for the Winter Mixed Salad
Wash and peel the potato, cut it into cubes and cook it in a pot or in the microwave for about 10 minutes.
Clean the red cabbage, wash it, dry it, and slice it thinly, wash the rest of the vegetables and also slice them thinly.Scrub the champignons well, especially the stem, removing any soil residues, wash them quickly and then slice them thinly.
