Apple Bread.
Simple, quick, delicious.
Apple Bread is a very quick and easy apple dessert to prepare. Unlike classic apple cakes, in this recipe, everything is blended, and the apples are added directly into the batter, making our cake very soft, moist, fragrant, and tasty.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs (large, at room temperature)
- 1 lb apples (weighed after cleaning)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder (16 g)
- 1/3 cup corn oil
- 1 pinch salt
- juice of 1 and a half lemons
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 apple (for the end)
- as needed powdered sugar

Steps
Rinse the apples, remove the core, and cut them into pieces (weigh them, they should be 1 lb; the other apple should be kept for the end).
Preheat the oven to 338°F static.
Butter a 9.4-inch mold.
Put the apples in a blender, add the filtered juice of one and a half lemons, and blend them into a puree.
Also add the oil, eggs, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, and sugar, and blend again.
Add the flour and baking powder and continue blending.
Remove the core of the other apple and slice it.
Pour the batter into the buttered mold, level it with a spatula, and decorate the surface with apple slices arranged in a radial pattern.
Bake in the lower middle part of the oven and bake your cake for about 35 minutes; do a toothpick test in the center; it should come out dry, otherwise extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven, let it cool, then place it on a platter, and dust it with powdered sugar.
Serve.

Add the flour and baking powder 30 secspeed 3, scrape down and gather the mixture from the sides to the center and work another 30 secspeed 5.
Remove the core of the other apple and slice it.
Pour the batter into the buttered mold, level it with a spatula, and decorate the surface with apple slices arranged in a radial pattern.
Bake in the lower middle part of the oven and bake your cake for about 35 minutes; do a toothpick test in the center; it should come out dry, otherwise extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven, let it cool, then place it on a platter, and dust it with powdered sugar.
Serve.
