Chicken breast with milk.
Simple, creamy, tasty.
The chicken breast with milk is a very simple and quick main course to prepare, incredibly tender, creamy, and very flavorful, a perfect dish for the whole family that will win everyone over at the first taste.
This recipe is from the hospitality school, one of the many recipes learned to cook well by attending it 🙂 and as you will notice, the chicken is browned with oil and the butter is added to the preparation only towards the end, this is because if we added the butter to the oil in the first part of the recipe, the butter would burn, giving the recipe a slightly bitter aftertaste, besides being harmful to health.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast (sliced)
- 2 tbsps butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- as needed all-purpose flour
- as needed parsley
- as needed roast seasoning
- as needed pepper
- as needed salt
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
Tools
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Tray
- 1 Meat Tenderizer
Steps
Chop some parsley and set it aside.
Remove any fat from the chicken breast and lightly pound it with the meat tenderizer if it’s too thick.
Put some flour in a tray and coat the chicken slices on both sides, they should be well floured.
Place a large non-stick pan on the stove with a good drizzle of oil, once the oil is hot, add the chicken breast, lightly sprinkle with roast seasonings, and sear well on both sides over high heat (it should be nicely browned).
Once the chicken is browned, add the milk, 20 ml of water, and butter in pieces, season with salt, add a dash of pepper, and cover with a lid.
Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat, shaking the pan occasionally, and turning the chicken halfway through, the milk together with the butter should form a creamy sauce.
As soon as the milk around the chicken becomes creamy, our chicken breast is ready, turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
Serve immediately.
