Chocolate Cake.
Simple, moist, delicious.
The chocolate cake is a dessert that chocolate lovers cannot miss, simple and quick to prepare, soft, moist, fragrant, and very delicious, it will surprise you at the first bite.
This dessert reminds me of my childhood… I’ve already told you in other recipes about the cookbook I bought when I was 7 years old “Grandma in the Kitchen,” and among the many recipes it contained was this very delicious chocolate cake, simple and chocolaty. Today, revisiting the book, I wanted to take a trip down memory lane and prepare it 🙂 and so many memories, the taste and goodness even over the years remain the same, a moist dessert that melts in your mouth, try it and see how delicious it is.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5.3 oz 55% dark chocolate
- 1.25 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 chocolate cookies (you can also use cocoa instead)

- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Cake pan
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 Blender
- 1 Oven
Steps
Preheat the oven to 320°F static.
Butter a 10-inch cake pan.
Grind the cookies into flour and use them to flour the pan as you would with flour.
Chop the chocolate and grind it.
Place the ground chocolate with the butter in a saucepan and melt over very low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon.
As soon as the chocolate is melted, turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
In the meantime, with an electric mixer or in a stand mixer, beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and add it gradually to the egg mixture, mixing well.
Gradually add the chocolate to the mixture using a spatula.
Pour the obtained mixture into the buttered and floured pan with the cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 45 minutes, check with a toothpick.
Allow to cool.
When it is cool, place it on a tray and serve.
Preheat the oven to 320°F static.
Butter a 10-inch cake pan.
Grind the cookies for 10 secvel 5 and use them to flour the pan as you would with flour.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in the bowl (no need to wash it) 10 secvel 5.
Add the broken butter to the chocolate and melt it 4 min55°Cvel 2.
As soon as the chocolate is melted, put it in a bowl and let it cool slightly.
In the meantime, without washing the bowl, let it cool a bit, then add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt 50 secvel 4.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and add it to the bowl with the egg mixture 30 secvel 3.
Scrape the mixture from the sides to the center and work another 30 secvel 2.
Add the chocolate and work for 30 secvel 3.
Pour the mixture into the buttered and floured pan with the cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 45 minutes, check with a toothpick.
Allow to cool.
When it is cool, place it on a tray and serve.
