Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (large at room temperature)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup corn oil
  • 3/4 cup espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 packet baking powder (16 g)

  • 1 Bundt Pan
  • 1 Electric Whisk
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Oven

Steps

  • Prepare the espresso coffee and set it aside.

    Preheat the oven to 340°F.

    Butter a 9.5-inch bundt pan.

    With the electric whisk in a large bowl, or with the stand mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and the pinch of salt.

    Continue beating while adding the oil, then the now lukewarm coffee and the instant coffee.

    Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture gradually, beating at the lowest speed.

    Pour the mixture into the pan.

    Bake at 340°F for about 40 minutes, check with a toothpick for doneness, if the toothpick comes out wet, extend the cooking time for a few more minutes.

    Let it cool and once cooled, place the bundt cake on a tray.

  • Prepare the espresso coffee and set it aside.

    Preheat the oven to 340°F.

    Butter a 9.5-inch bundt pan.

    Put the eggs with the sugar and the pinch of salt in the bowl 40 secspeed 4.

    Add the oil, the now lukewarm coffee, and the instant coffee 20 secspeed 3.

    Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mixture 30 secspeed 2.

    Use the spatula to gather all the dough in the center and work for another 30 min.speed 3.

    Pour the obtained dough into the pan.

    Bake at 340°F for about 40 minutes, check with a toothpick for doneness, if the toothpick comes out wet, extend the cooking time for a few more minutes.

    Let it cool and once cooled, place the bundt cake on a tray.
