- 250 g ricotta
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g potato starch
- 180 g sugar (130 for a less sweet version)
- 1 pinch salt
- 16 g baking powder (1 packet)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons Nutella®

Tools
- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 Sifter
- 1 Bundt pan
Steps
Butter and flour a 9-inch or 10-inch bundt pan.
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
You can work this batter by hand, with an electric whisk, or in a stand mixer; it’s a very simple and quick batter that does not require much effort.
Sift together the flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
Place the eggs, a pinch of salt, vanilla aroma, sugar, and ricotta in a large bowl, and mix with an electric whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add the flour mixture and continue mixing until smooth and uniform.
Pour the mixture into the previously buttered pan.
Place dollops of Nutella on the cake’s surface.
Bake in the preheated oven at 320°F for about 35-40 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick (the baking time depends on your oven, it may take a few more minutes).
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool, then place the bundt cake on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
