Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup butter (cold)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (or granulated)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 cups Nutella®

- 1 Pan springform pan 9.5 inches
- 1 Bowl Bowl
Steps
Place the chocolate chips in the freezer for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar and mix, add the eggs, butter cut into pieces, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Knead quickly to form a crumbly dough, also add the chocolate chips, you can knead by hand, with electric mixers, or even with a stand mixer using the K hook.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Butter and line a 9.5-inch pan, preferably a springform, with parchment paper.
Pour a little more than half of the dough into the pan and press it with your hands, covering the base and about 1.2 inches of the edge with a uniform layer.
Fill with Nutella and cover with the remaining dough, placing the dough crumbs evenly to cover the Nutella.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes, it should turn golden.
Place the chocolate chips in the freezer for 15 minutes.
In the bowl, mix the flour and sugar for 10 sec.speed 1, add a pinch of salt, the eggs, butter cut into pieces, baking powder, and vanilla for 30 sec.speed 2.
Turn off the Thermomix and add the chocolate chips to the obtained crumbs, mix.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
