The Pan di Stelle Ring-shaped Cake is a very simple dessert to prepare, quick and very tasty; it only requires 4 ingredients, and in no time, you’ll have a delicious dessert that will win you over at the first bite.

Ingredients
- 17.5 oz Pan di Stelle cookies
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- as needed Nutella®
- 6 Pan di Stelle cookies

- 1 Bundt Pan

Steps
Butter a bundt pan of 8.7 inches.
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Blend the cookies in 3 batches to reduce them all to crumbs.
Pour the blended cookies into a bowl; once all are blended, add the sifted baking powder and mix to combine everything.
Add the milk little by little while stirring with a spoon to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the obtained batter into the buttered mold and bake in the lower middle part of the oven for about 40 minutes; the toothpick test should be moist but not sticky with batter.Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, place it on a tray, cut it horizontally in half, and spread a layer of Nutella (if the Nutella is not creamy enough, melt it in a bain-marie or for a few seconds at a time in the microwave).
Reassemble the cake by placing the other half on top, add 6 dollops of Nutella with a teaspoon, and place a cookie on each dollop of Nutella.
Serve.

Add the sifted baking powder 10 sec/vel 3.
With the blades moving, add the milk little by little; once all the milk is incorporated, blend for 20 sec/vel 3.
Scrape down the sides and pour the obtained batter into the buttered mold and bake in the lower middle part of the oven for about 40 minutes; the toothpick test should be moist but not sticky with batter.Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, place it on a tray, cut it horizontally in half, and spread a layer of Nutella (if the Nutella is not creamy enough, melt it in a bain-marie or for a few seconds at a time in the microwave).
