Stuffed meat rolls.
Simple, quick, tasty.
Stuffed meat rolls have a different filling than usual, appetizing and flavorful, rich and tasty made from a delicate potato puree and speck, a perfect dish for the whole family and for any occasion that can be prepared in no time, try them, they will win you over at the first bite 🙂

Ingredients
- 8 slices chicken breast (or veal or pork loin)
- 3 large potatoes (already boiled)
- 8 slices speck
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- Half glass white wine
Tools
- 1 Potato Masher
- 1 Meat Tenderizer
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Pan
- 1 Lid
Steps
Use a meat tenderizer to thin out the slices of meat.
Mash the potatoes with the appropriate tool or with the tines of a fork and place them in a bowl.
Slightly beat the egg and add it to the potatoes, also add the grated cheese and a drizzle of oil and mix all the ingredients well together with a wooden spoon, adjust the salt and add a dash of pepper, mix everything.The filling is ready.
Now we can prepare our rolls:
Divide the potato mixture into 8 parts and form elongated patties with each with slightly oiled hands.
Stuff the chicken slices (or your preferred meat) by laying them one at a time on a work surface, cover with a slice of speck and place the potatoes in the center, roll the slice of meat over itself forming the rolls and close with a wooden toothpick.
Proceed in the same way for all the slices of meat, stuff them and form the rolls.Cooking:
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan and add the rolls.
Brown them on all sides over medium heat, then add the white wine and let it evaporate.
Cover with the lid, lower the heat to the minimum, and complete the cooking.
Serve immediately.
