The super soft cake with creamy chocolate heart is a simple dessert with a unique taste, featuring a super soft vanilla-scented base and a creamy center filled with delightful Nutella. Try it and its goodness will win everyone over at the first bite.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (I used cake flour)
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup sugar (use 1/2 cup for a less sweet version)
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/3 cup milk (at room temperature)
- Half teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 oz Nutella® (or preferred hazelnut cream)

Steps
Place spoonfuls of Nutella on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze it for at least an hour, or you can do it in advance or the day before.
Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Sift the flour together with the potato starch and baking powder.
Beat the eggs together with the sugar and a pinch of salt using an electric mixer or a stand mixer.
Once the mixture is nice and fluffy, add the milk, vanilla, and oil, and mix again.
Gradually add the sifted flour mixture, mixing well, to obtain a smooth and fairly thick batter.
Pour the batter into the pan, place the frozen Nutella on top, and without tilting the pan, bake at 340°F for 40 minutes, checking doneness with a skewer.
Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven, let it cool, then place it on a tray and, if you prefer, dust with powdered sugar.

Add the milk and oil 20 sec./speed 2, also add the sifted flour mixture 30 sec/speed 3.
Scrape the dough from the edges to the center and work for another 30 secspeed 3.
Pour the batter into the pan, place the frozen Nutella on top, and without tilting the pan, bake at 340°F for 40 minutes, checking doneness with a skewer.
Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven, let it cool, then place it on a tray and, if you prefer, dust with powdered sugar.
