- 4 chicken thighs (with the upper thigh)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove of garlic)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 6 leaves sage
- Half teaspoon thyme

Preparation of Air Fryer Marinated Chicken Thighs
To prepare the Air Fryer Marinated Chicken Thighs, first make the emulsion.
Then in a glass jar with a hermetic seal, put the oil, vinegar or lemon juice and all the chopped spices, salt, and sugar.
Seal with the lid and shake vigorously to emulsify everything.
In a large, deep bowl, preferably glass, place the chicken thighs, pour the emulsion over the thighs, and massage the meat with your hands.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 1 hour.Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 356°F.
Remove the basket and place the thighs skin side up, insert the basket, cook for 20 minutes at 392°F.
The chicken marinade left in the bowl should be discarded, unfortunately, it cannot be used to drizzle over it.
Take out the basket and turn the thighs, continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken thighs with a side of your choice.

Still raw in the marinade, you can store them in the refrigerator for 1 day; once cooked, they can be stored in an airtight container for 2 days.
