- 2.2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 pinches salt

- Half teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste thyme
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard

Steps
The air fryer pork ribs are very simple and very quick to prepare.
Chop the herbs with the garlic cloves very finely.
Salt and pepper the ribs on all sides, then sprinkle with the herbs and massage the meat.
Place the pork ribs in the air fryer and start the oven function at 356°F.
Cook the pork ribs for 15 minutes, then remove the basket, turn them with tongs, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Depending on your taste, you can extend the cooking time by another 5 minutes to make them more crispy and golden on the surface.
If you have time, you can marinate the pork ribs before cooking, then prepare an emulsion with lemon juice, honey, and mustard.
Add the chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the meat with the prepared mixture, place it in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
Then turn on the air fryer at 356°F, place the pork ribs, and cook for 15 minutes.
Turn the ribs and cook for another 10/15 minutes.
Serve them right away, perhaps accompanied by mashed potatoes.
