- 2 Golden Delicious apples
- 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (large)
- 0.45 cups sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3.5 tbsp sunflower oil

Steps for Apple Cake with Apple Juice
To make the butter-free and milk-free apple cake, first, if you have a juicer, prepare the apple juice, one apple is enough.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and set aside for now.
Remove the core from the apples and cut them into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar using the electric whisk until you have a white and frothy mixture.
Add the oil while the whisk is running and incorporate it.
Now gradually combine the sifted flour from earlier, alternating with the apple juice, this time using a kitchen spatula.
You need to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Preheat the oven to 350°F in static mode and grease and flour a springform pan with a 8-inch diameter.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan and arrange the apple slices with the peel on top, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake on the middle rack of the oven.
Bake the cake for at least 40 minutes checking the cooking level with a wooden skewer before removing from the oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool before removing from the pan, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
