  • 4 friselle
  • 1 avocado (very ripe)
  • 4.23 oz smoked salmon
  • 3.53 oz ricotta
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • to taste chia seeds (or poppy seeds)
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation of Avocado and Salmon Friselle

  • To prepare the Avocado and Salmon Friselle, first cut the avocado in half and twist to separate it.

    Remove the pit, and with the help of a spoon, scoop out the flesh without breaking it by leveraging around the peel.

  • Cut the avocado flesh into thin slices, season with lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.

  • Meanwhile, wet the friselle with enough water to slightly soften them.

  • Spread each frisella with ricotta, season with freshly ground black pepper, and gently tear and distribute the salmon slices on top.
