Ingredients for Avocado, Chocolate, and Yogurt Cream

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup natural plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup (or honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • to taste 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • to taste black sesame seeds

Preparation of Avocado, Chocolate, and Yogurt Cream

  • Preparing the Avocado and Yogurt Cream is very simple, first cut the avocado in half then twist it to remove the pit.

  • Remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon, place it inside the immersion blender cup.

  • Peel the banana and slice it, adding it along with the avocado, incorporating yogurt, agave syrup, oats, and lemon juice.

  • Blend well until creamy, then take 2/3 of this cream and set aside.

  • Add the unsweetened cocoa to the remaining cream, blending well to incorporate.

  • Assemble the dessert by first adding the avocado cream without chocolate to each glass, then the cocoa one.

  • Finish the dessert with 1 or 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and some toasted sesame seeds.

    Place the Avocado and Yogurt Cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
