- 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 6 black olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Baked Gratined Sea Bream Fillets
To prepare the baked gratined sea bream fillets, first chop all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs with an immersion blender.
Place the sea bream fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper lightly oiled, skin side down.
Lightly salt them.
To the freshly chopped mixture, add the breadcrumbs and extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Generously cover the baked gratined sea bream fillets with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
Drizzle with a little more oil, preheat the oven to 338°F and bake.
Cook the sea bream fillets for 15 minutes, and if you want a more pronounced gratin, turn on the grill for the last 5 minutes.
