- 3 potatoes (large)
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
- 3 pinches salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation of Casserole Chicken with Potatoes
To prepare the Casserole Chicken with Potatoes, first divide the chicken into parts, removing any feathers.
Remember that chicken should never be washed under water as you could spread bacteria in the kitchen.
So dry the chicken with kitchen paper and set aside momentarily.
Meanwhile, peel the vegetables, wash them, and cut the carrots into slices, the potatoes into large chunks, and the onions into coarse slices.
In a large casserole, heat the extra virgin olive oil and brown the chicken pieces on all sides, then deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the vegetables, stir to flavor, salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and cover with the lid, bringing the casserole chicken with potatoes to cook.
After 15 minutes, remove the lid, stir everything and check that the cooking liquid does not dry up.
